PRICING

Included in the cost of the vacation is: 1-night stay in a hotel in Florence; 7-nights at the Villa; all breakfasts and dinners at the Villa prepared by our private chef; wine from around the region with dinner. Also included is a van per 6 passengers. Before we leave for Italy, we will discuss with the group who the drivers of the vans will be. This will require an International Drivers License. The taxes and insurance on the vans are included.

We will pick up the vans in Florence and drive to the Villa. Each day you will be able to visit the small towns in the Tuscany region. You will be given driving maps for each of these towns. Some of them are:

·  Certaldo – 11 miles
·  San Gimignano – 12 miles
·  Siena – 40 miles
·  Pisa – 40 miles
·  Florence – 48 miles
·  Rome – 189 miles
·  Approx. 20 mins from International Golf course at Castelfalfi
·  Approx. 10 mins to Horseback Riding and Tennis
·  Closest Shops approx. 3.5 miles

Rates are per person, based on double occupancy. Not included are the cost of gas/ gas or road taxes. Air is not included. Deposit is $500.00 per person and is non-refundable. Final payment is April 7, 2010.
